Our approach to engagement rings is influenced by the expertise and passion of our Creative Director, Sarah Munro FGAA, a trained gemologist. Sarah's fascination with precious, natural diamonds stems from their remarkable formation patterns and their rich history shaped by Earth's transformative forces over millions of years.
The diamond serves as the foundation for every SARAH & SEBASTIAN engagement ring. Our signature designs pay homage to the inherent beauty of their stones through finessed details such as setting, precious metals, and silhouette.
The natural diamonds for our engagement rings are individually sourced and certified by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), the world’s foremost authority on diamonds, coloured stones, and pearls.

Hosted virtually or in one of our intimate engagement suites at our New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland or Western Australia stores, our engagement consultations are an opportunity to learn about our considered design ethos, explore our signature offering, and create your perfect engagement ring.
During your appointment, a Diamond Specialist will take you through our quality parameters, the criteria for how we handpick our diamonds, the importance of diamond cut, colour, clarity and carat as well as discuss quotes according to your specific requirements.
We are invested in your experience from initial inspiration to lifelong care. Your dedicated Diamond Specialist will be your trusted guide throughout the journey, serving as a liaison between you and the entire SARAH & SEBASTIAN team. From design to production, the process is overseen by our Creative Director, Sarah, aligning with her unique vision.

Locally handcrafted in our Sydney studio with technology driven techniques, each engagement ring is a marriage of original design and precision Australian craftsmanship.
It takes up to six weeks for your ring to be brought to life, from the original design to diamond sourcing and finally crafted by our master jewellers.
