THE PERFECT SIZE

SARAH & SEBASTIAN uses the International Standard (ISO 8653) to define our ring sizes, based on measuring the inside circumference using a mandrel. Please note that wide rings may be perceived as smaller in size than thin rings.

FITTING GUIDE

1. Grab a tape measure, length of string or strip of paper.
2. Wrap it around the finger you’ll wear your ring on - if you’re creating a ring stack, consider where on your finger the ring will sit - and mark the place where it joins. Lay your string or paper strip on a flat surface and use a ruler to measure the length up to the mark.
3. Use the chart to match the measurement to the closest size.

SHIPPING
Online orders are processed Monday through Friday AEST, excluding weekends and public holidays. Production times are specified at time of purchase and starts the first business day after the purchase.

Once your order is ready, we ship all parcels with an express shipping method. Due to the high value of our pieces, our parcels require a signature on delivery.

MADE TO ORDER - If you have changed your mind or made an error and would like to cancel your order, you may cancel up to 60 minutes after an order has been placed.

READY TO SHIP - Due to the fast nature and turnaround time of our ready to ship service, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

BESPOKE - All bespoke orders including but not limited to the Multi Petite Letter Necklace, Birthstone Necklace & Bracelet, Engraved pieces and Engagement Rings cannot be cancelled or changed due to the extensive production process.

RETURNS
Products purchased from SARAH & SEBASTIAN’s online or retail stores may be returned for a credit if returned unworn, in saleable condition within 14 days of dispatch date. SARAH & SEBASTIAN credits are valid for use in our retail stores and online at sarahandbsebastian.com for a period of three years.

SARAH & SEBASTIAN does not accept returns in-store for earrings, however can be returned to online.

Our gold is sourced from LBMA members and is predominately Australian in provenance, recycled or Chain of Custody Gold from RJC-Certified refineries. Australian gold is one of the most regulated primary metal sources globally and the gold we work with is sourced from one of the most responsible and transparent supply chains in the world. The LBMA is an independent precious metals authority focused on quality, market standards and ethical sourcing.

Our lab-grown diamonds meet the same stringent criteria as our natural diamonds, meeting a F-G colour and SI diamond clarity. All of our diamonds over 0.5ct weight are also IGI or GIA certified by the GIA.

Handcrafted overseas by a trusted partner jeweller known for their quality craftsmanship and an accredited member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC).
