SARAH & SEBASTIAN jewellery is solely designed and developed in our Sydney studio by the brand’s co-founders, Sarah Gittoes and Robert Sebastian Grynkofki. The duo regularly travel around the globe to source inspiration from the visual arts and design; using interesting concepts as foundations to their collections. In collaboration with in-house artisan jewellers, designs are developed by challenging traditional constructions.

Our artisan jewellers handcraft each item to order here in our Sydney studio, offering our clientele a truly personalised experienced. This service also supports our minimal-inventory business model where we choose a no-wastage approach to production.

Ethical and Sustainable Designs

From day one, SARAH & SEBASTIAN have solely worked with local, reputable suppliers who share our values of ethical, sustainable and recycled production.

Our local metal merchant is the largest in Australia and invests in state-of-the-art equipment to enable an efficient production line with the smallest carbon footprint as possible. The high-grade materials are mostly from recycled products and are not mined.

Our precious stones and pearls are sourced from trusted partners who guarantee their product to be from legitimate sources, are conflict free and are in compliance with United Nation regulations. Through either personal knowledge, hand-written guarantees or official certificates, our diamond suppliers ensure our stones are ethical and of the highest quality.
