Eligible Entrants

A. Residents of Australia and international entrants aged 18 years or older (excluding regions where such competitions are prohibited).

B. Must not be employees, immediate family, or household members of SARAH & SEBASTIAN or its affiliates.

Entry Method

To enter during the competition period, entrants must: 

1. Sign up via one of the following methods:

 In-store via the SARAH & SEBASTIAN QR code entry form

2. Provide their full name, a valid email address, and post/ZIP code (all required fields).

3. Consent to receive marketing communications from SARAH & SEBASTIAN.

Bonus Entries

Optional Bonus Entries. Entrants may earn additional entries by completing any or all of the following:

  • Providing their mobile number and date of birth via the official entry link;

  • Following @sarahandsebastian on Instagram;

  • Tagging a friend in the comments of the competition post (1 tag = 1 bonus entry); and

  • Sharing the competition post to their Instagram Story or Grid and tagging @sarahandsebastian. Entrants with private accounts must send a screenshot via direct message to verify their entry.

Prize

One SARAH & SEBASTIAN Petite Tennis Bracelet, 18K gold.

Prize Value

AUD $9,500 (inclusive of GST; approximate value for international entrants).

Draw

Random draw conducted at SARAH & SEBASTIAN Head Office, 5c, 32 Ralph Street, Alexandria NSW 2015, on Monday 22 December 2025.

Winner Notification

Winner notified via email within 72 hours of draw; announcement may be published on @sarahandsebastian social media channels.

Claim Procedure

Winner must confirm full name, contact number, and valid postal address within 28 days of notification. Failure to claim may result in redraw.

Delivery

The prize is a bespoke order, crafted specially for the winner. Production will commence once the winner’s details have been verified. Shipment and delivery timelines are determined by SARAH & SEBASTIAN’s current bespoke lead times at the time of order confirmation. Approximately 30 days.

SARAH & SEBASTIAN will cover all domestic and international shipping and insurance costs. Customs duties, import taxes, and any local delivery fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the winner.

SARAH & SEBASTIAN is not liable for delays resulting from bespoke production schedules, customs clearance, or courier handling once the prize has been dispatched.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By entering, you acknowledge you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Entrants under 18 must have parent or guardian consent.

  2. Eligibility
    Open globally to individuals 18+. Employees and their immediate families of SARAH & SEBASTIAN and related agencies are ineligible.

  3. How to Enter
    Complete all entry steps during the Competition Period. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted. Duplicate, fraudulent, or incomplete entries may be disqualified.

  4. Draw & Winner Selection
    The draw will be random, conducted under independent supervision. A reserve winner may be drawn. The Organiser’s decision is final.

  5. Prize
    The Prize is not redeemable for cash, credit, or exchange. If the Prize becomes unavailable, SARAH & SEBASTIAN reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

  6. Prize Delivery
     Domestic winners: delivery via insured post.
     International winners: insured courier delivery; customs duties, local taxes, or delays are the winner’s responsibility.
     SARAH & SEBASTIAN is not liable for postal or courier delays.

  7. Winner Verification & Claim
    Winner must provide valid identification and delivery details within 28 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn using the same process.

  8. Publicity & Content Rights
    By entering, entrants consent to SARAH & SEBASTIAN using their name, social handle, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes.

  9. Privacy
    Personal information collected will be handled per the SARAH & SEBASTIAN Privacy Policy. Entrants consent to their data being stored in Australia and used for competition administration and marketing communications. International entrants acknowledge cross-border data transfer.

  1. Liability
     Nothing in these Terms limits rights under consumer law. Except as required by law, SARAH & SEBASTIAN disclaims all liability for:

  • late, lost, or misdirected entries;

  • technical or platform failures;

  • use or enjoyment of the Prize; or

  • any personal or property loss.
     The Prize is provided “as is” without warranty of condition or suitability.

  1. Social Media Disclaimer
     This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or Meta. Entrants release these platforms from any liability connected to the Competition.

  2. General
     The Organiser may cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition due to unforeseen circumstances. Any such change will comply with applicable law.
    These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
