Your last order date for Exceptional Pieces depends on whether your piece is in stock. For in-stock pieces, order by Sunday 20 December. For made-to-order pieces, order and pay your deposit by Friday 27 November. International clients should order by Sunday 6 December for in-stock pieces, or Friday 13 November for made to order.

Each product page shows its estimated dispatch date. In-stock pieces are ready to ship, and made-to-order pieces are hand-finished in our Sydney studio.

Made-to-order Exceptional pieces take approximately 20 business days to hand-finish in our Sydney studio, plus shipping time.
