WHAT YOU WILL DO

ABOUT YOU

As our Merchandise Allocation Analyst for Sarah & Sebastian, you will play a critical role in our commercial success.
Reporting to the Merchandise Planning Manager, you will be responsible for executing the inventory strategies that get our beautiful products to the right store, at the right time.

Your analysis and actions will ensure our stores and channels are appropriately stocked to maximise sales and achieve our financial goals. A key part of your role will be managing the balance between online and omni-fulfillment for ecommerce orders, targeting a 15% omni-fulfillment rate.

You will be a key liaison between our merchandise, supply chain, commercial, and retail teams , fostering strong relationships across the business to turn data into actionable insights.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Execute optimal allocation strategies for seasonal orders and manage in-season store replenishment and consolidations.
  • Manage the balance between online and omni-fulfillment of ecommerce orders, analysing stock and allocations to target a 15% omni-fulfillment rate.
  • Analyse detailed sales and stock reports to evaluate performance, identify trends, and highlight opportunities for growth.
  • Plan and prepare for new store openings, ensuring sufficient opening stock coverage based on store grading.
  • Develop and implement tools for managing allocation ratios, product minimums, and stock consolidations.
  • Monitor inventory levels across all locations, managing transfers to balance stock and ensure product availability.
  • Load, maintain, and update all product information in our ERP system (Cin7), ensuring accuracy of SKUs, pricing, and lifecycles.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure stock is in place for campaigns and coordinate stock transfers for brand and design events.
  • Build strong relationships with our retail teams through monthly store visits and by reading daily reports to action stock needs.

ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years of experience in an inventory allocation or management role, ideally within a retail environment. (Jewellery or luxury retail experience is highly desirable).
  • Demonstrated commercial awareness and strong analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite & Google Workspace, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excel proficiency must include the ability to create and manage pivot tables effectively.
  • Experience working with an ERP system.
  • Specific experience with retail-focused ERP systems is required for this position.
  • A positive, proactive, and collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Reporting to our Design Manager and

you will be the engineering foundation of our collections, translating ambitious concepts into structurally sound, production-ready pieces that honour our aesthetic of longevity and sentiment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Design & Development: The role blends
    creativity with mechanical problem-solving by bringing new products to life, 
    from initial concept and inspiration boardsto final, refined pieces.
  • Technical Authority: Own all CAD aspectsrequired to transition new designs into production, focusing on precise digital craftsmanship and rigorous engineering.
  • Innovation: Research and develop new mechanisms, clasps, connections, and 
    settings.

Reporting directly to the Merchandise Director, the GM Supply Chain will provide hands-on leadership and strategic oversight for the Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality Control and Warehouse departments.

This critical, strategic role is tasked with leading the end-to-end product lifecycle and driving operational excellence and scalability to support the
company's growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Strategy & Operational Efficiency: 
    Develop and execute strategic plans to 
    optimise the jewellery supply chain, 
    fulfilment, and warehouse operations, 
    including leading major cross-functional efficiency projects.
  • Sourcing & Procurement: Oversee end-to-end sourcing and procurement for raw

  • Logistics, Warehousing & Quality Assurance: Manage inbound logistics,

ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain

    related fields.

  • Demonstrated experience with both in-house (onshore) and offshore

Reporting to our Merchandise Director, you will work collaboratively with design, brand and marketing departments to plan go-to-market activity, acting as the central connector to ensure profitable product collection assortments aligned with business 
objectives.

Driving the critical path, you will ensure key milestones are met cross-functionally to achieve commercial outcomes.

  • Strategic Product Planning: Execute merchandise product strategy, develop range frameworks and collection architecture and collaborate on new product development.
