S&S Pay Terms & Conditions

Layby (S&S PAY) TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of Sarah & Sebastian Pty Ltd (Sarah & Sebastian).

Our S&S Pay terms and conditions are:

  • a minimum transaction of $795 (inclusive of GST);

  • a minimum non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 30% of the S&S Pay is required;

  • a maximum 12-week term on the S&S Pay;

  • no S&S Pay is available on the following products:

    • customised products (including custom sizing, alloy, stone colour);

    • engagement range products;

    • any products that are offered as part of a service offering (such as soldered and piercing products);

  • we accept up to 2 S&S Pays at one time by each customer, each requiring a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 30%;

  • if the S&S Pay is cancelled by you, your 30% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit will be forfeited. You acknowledge that the forfeiting of your deposit is reasonable and necessary (especially in our particular industry) for the protection of Sarah & Sebastian’s proprietary and legitimate commercial interests. Any monies paid over this amount will be returned as a store credit or refunded to your original purchasing method;

  • if you do not make payments when they are due or your S&S Pay is uncollected, we will notify you that payment is due and/or your S&S Pay is ready to be collected and if we do not receive any contact from you 14 days after notifying you, we will cancel the S&S Pay and retain your initial 30% deposit. Any monies paid over this amount will be returned as a store credit only. Store credits cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • items may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of your initial 30% deposit. However, for made-to-order items, the 14 days will commence from the completion (dispatch) date;

  • valid photo identification (such as an Australian driver’s licence, an Australian learner’s permit or an Australian or foreign passport) is required upon the final collection of the items or if you cancel your S&S Pay, at the time of cancellation; and

  • information collected from this transaction will be used solely for the purpose of processing your S&S Pay transaction. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
