SARAH & SEBASTIAN is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Ecommerce Trade Manager to help elevate our digital flagship into a true global brand destination.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day trade performance of our ecommerce channel - owning trading discipline, revenue growth, and digital experience optimisation. More than just sales, this role sets the tone for how clients around the world discover, connect, and shop with our brand.

Working at the intersection of luxury storytelling and retail performance, you’ll be tasked with driving conversion while building a platform that serves as the heart of our global brand experience. From exclusive content and service bookings to curated product journeys, your work will shape how clients engage across every digital touchpoint.

Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, this position necessitates a strong technical grasp of systems, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimisation (CRO). Additionally, it requires the ability to foster productive working relationships with internal teams, key stakeholders, partners, and external agencies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Ecommerce Trading - Drive the daily and long-term performance of our global ecommerce channels—owning key KPIs such as revenue, conversion, and average transaction value (ATV). Lead with data-first decision making, executing a well-defined GTM trade calendar and ensuring commercial targets are met with precision.
  • Platform & Systems Oversight - Manage and optimise our ecommerce platform & software/API systems technology eg Shopify Plus, SearchSpring - while supporting system enhancements, integrations, and backend performance improvements to scale global operations.
  • Customer Experience & UX Optimisation - Champion a seamless and inspiring digital customer journey. Use behavioural insights and data to identify friction points, implement A/B tests, and deliver continuous improvements that drive engagement, satisfaction, and conversion.
  • Insights & Ecommerce Performance Management - Own all ecommerce reporting and insights, translating data into actionable recommendations. Monitor and manage channel budgets, oversee testing frameworks, and drive a culture of performance-led optimisation.
  • Team & Partner Leadership - Lead and develop the Ecommerce Executive, fostering a high-performance culture. Oversee agency partners across development and performance marketing, ensuring output is strategic, timely, and aligned with our brand standards.


ABOUT YOU

  • 4+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital trade management, ideally within premium or luxury retail.
  • You've proven success in driving revenue and site performance in a DTC environment, with hands-on experience in Shopify Plus and analytical tools.
  • You are a strong planner, prioritise and project manager.
  • Proactive in exceeding expectations and efficient in resource management.
  • Collaborative and effective in gaining stakeholder buy-in.
  • Possesses a thorough understanding of project management principles.
  • Communicates with finesse and understands human dynamics.

Drive operational excellence - shape the future of our luxury brand.

SARAH & SEBASTIAN is seeking a highly experienced Head of Retail Systems to strategically plan, execute, and optimise all operational initiatives across our retail store network. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for enhancing efficiency and consistency through process management, leading change for new systems and strategies, and overseeing the successful implementation and optimisation of critical retail systems like POS and ERP.

Ultimately, this position drives a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence to boost profitability and customer satisfaction within the retail division.

Reporting to the Retail Director, the Head of Retail Systems will play a key role in our evolving global luxury brand.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Process Management: Analyse, streamline, and document comprehensive operational workflows to significantly enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability across all retail touch points, including developing and implementing best practices for all retail and service processes.
  • Change Management: Lead and champion smooth transitions for all new systems, processes, and retail strategies. Develop robust communication plans, design and deliver effective rollout and training programs, and ensure strong stakeholder engagement and user adoption across all levels of the retail organisation.
  • System Implementation & Optimisation: Oversee the successful implementation and continuous optimisation of critical retail systems, including Point of Sale (POS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems along with other critical supporting platforms. Lead the rollout, user training, troubleshooting, and ensure these systems are fully leveraged to support business objectives, implementing into Retail any digital lead initiatives from a systems and platforms perspective.
  • New Store Fit-outs & Expansion: Collaborate closely with the Retail Director on all new store development, including assisting with structural drawings, planning operational layouts, and addressing all operational needs to ensure a seamless launch and efficient ongoing operations.
  • Store Maintenance & Facilities Management: Establish and oversee a proactive store maintenance program, coordinating all activities to guarantee our retail environments remain fully operational, safe, impeccably presented, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.
  • Omni channel Experience & Stock Integrity: Create a seamless omni channel experience for clients by optimising processes related to stock integrity, including accurate stocktake processes, efficient stock transfers, and real-time inventory visibility across all channels (online, in-store, click & collect, reserve in-store).
  • Budget Management: Maintain and effectively manage the operational expenditure (Opex) budget to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Operational Excellence Leadership: Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the retail division. Ensure that all projects and initiatives are delivered effectively and on time, contributing directly to enhanced profitability, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of our retail operations.

ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years of experience in driving operational efficiency and standardisation within a retail environment.
  • A Diploma-level qualification, or Bachelor's equivalent in a related field.
  • Strong technical and systems knowledge ideally - shopify, cin7, omneo, acuity, brauz IQ
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven change management experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

SARAH & SEBASTIAN is seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Co-ordinator with a passion for luxury retail and enhancing user experience. This pivotal role will manage and optimise our online product assortment while implementing initiatives to drive ecommerce sales and enhance customer engagement.

This position requires a keen understanding of ecommerce best practices and the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and digital agencies.

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, the Ecommerce Co-ordinator will play a key role in our evolving global luxury brand.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Product Enrichment and Site Navigation: Responsible for the end-to-end management of the product enrichment process including; product upload, categorisation, attribute management and asset coordination - across our owned and drop ship channels. Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of product descriptions, specifications, global market pricing, imagery, and stock availability. Plan, coordinate and manage ecommerce photography shoots and retouching process.
  • Trade Driving Initiatives: Collaborate with Marketing, Brand and Merchandise teams to implement weekly Go-To-Market roll out, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities. Monitor website performance to optimise trade-driving initiatives and achieve ecommerce revenue targets.
  • Content Management: Manage all visual and written content across the website, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Responsible for maintenance and implementation of all website SEO copy.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly and adhoc trade reports, website and customer performance, and provide insights. Conduct monthly Visual Merchandising reports and post-campaign analysis

ABOUT YOU

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience using Shopify, Search Spring, Data Feeds, Cin7, Google Suite & Klaviyo.
  • Creative with a keen eye for visual merchandising and ecommerce photography.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive insights.

As a SARAH & SEBASTIAN Solderer/Client Advisor, your role will involve offering an exceptional soldered experience to our clients and supporting retail jewellery sales and customer service.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Offer our clients expertise across all experiences in store including sales and soldering.
  • Provide our clients with unparalleled service and aftercare
  • Act as an ambassador for our brand and create a loyal client base through relationship building and extensive product knowledge
  • Ensure presentation and visual standards are consistently maintained 
  • Support team members to ensure seamless store operations

  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong fine motor skills - experience in hand sewing, tattooing, make application or drawing.
