Your SARAH & SEBASTIAN ring is crafted with technical precision for a lifetime of wear. Whether yours is a diamond-set piece, gemstone-set design, or solid metal band, we recommend the following rituals and professional services to preserve its finish, fit, and integrity over time.

Preserving The Finish

To maintain the finish of your ring, we recommend care specific to its design and materials.

For solid gold or platinum bands, gently wipe your ring with a lint-free cloth after wear to remove oils and debris.
This helps preserve both high-polish and matte finishes over time.

For natural diamonds, use your complimentary ultrasonic cleaner as directed. For delicate gemstones, including emeralds, pearls and opals, we recommend a soft-bristled brush and warm, soapy water.

To preserve the radiance of your engagement ring or wedding band, we invite you to visit any of our flagship stores for professional cleaning, performed in-store while you wait.

FIND A STORE

SAFE KEEPING

When not in use, store your ring individually.

This protects the surface finish from scratches caused by contact with other jewellery.

Over time, daily wear will naturally create a patina unique to your piece. Considered storage helps preserve the original finish for longer.

ENGRAVING

We offer a bespoke engraving service to commemorate your union. Add initials, a significant date, or a private message to mark your moment in time.

Please ensure your fit is perfect before requesting engraving. To maintain structural integrity, engraved rings cannot be resized. We recommend a period of wear prior to committing to a permanent inscription.

RESIZING

We provide one complimentary resize within three years of purchase to ensure lifelong comfort.

If you are unsure whether your wedding band requires resizing, our specialists can assess the fit in-store or you can speak with our client services team via our Online Concierge service.

Studio Services

For technical services including resizing, engraving, deep cleaning and polishing, your piece is cared for by our specialists and master jewellers in our Sydney studio.

Please allow approximately 25 business days for completion.

Each studio service includes a professional deep clean and polish.
