HEAD OFFICE
We are excitedly searching for a Gemstone Sourcing Specialist to join our team!
This is a multi-faceted role, which works collaboratively with multiple teams to deliver the best possible quoting service to our clients. A sales support role, this specialist works as a support function for our sales team (ecommerce & retail), whilst effectively coordinating with many divisions such as procurement, merchandising, design, supply chain and production. In addition, the Gemstone Sourcing Specialist plays an important role in the successful management of our high value vault stones & samples in order to maximise bespoke sales opportunities across the business.
This role is a Tuesday - Saturday position, based four days a week in our Sydney studio and one day a week in our Retail Stores.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Source diamonds & coloured gemstones for bespoke orders
- Provide bespoke quotes for online & retail teams in a timely, efficient manner
- Manage our diamond vault - updating, tracking, transferring & replenishing this in collaboration with our merchandising team
- Support our teams with queries on their quotes
- Certificate & storage management for our loose & set diamonds
- Update pricing calculators & supporting team with these tools where necessary
- Complete Insurance claims & certificate of sale for sales teams

Sarah and Sebastian invites a strategic and dynamic Head of Supply Chain to spearhead the flow of brilliance, from sourcing, through quality to delivery of our beautiful jewellery. If you thrive on efficiency, creativity, and have meticulous attention to detail, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize the jewellery supply chain, fulfilment, logistics and warehouse operations. Aligning supply chain strategies with business and objectives.
- Responsible for supplier negotiations and performance
- Lead the team to greatness, mentoring and training team members.
- Oversee transportation and distribution of jewellery products globally.
- Ensure on time deliveries
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, specifically RJC in sourcing and production.
- Develop inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize stock outs and reduce excess inventory.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of quality of products.
- Oversee fulfillment operations to ensure accurate and timely order processing, picking, packing and shipping of produces.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- 5 + years’ experience in a supply chain management, warehousing, logistics and distribution of finished goods.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
- Advanced skills on Microsoft Suite or Google Suite
- Desirable skills on ERP, MRP or MES – Cin7
- Preferred skills on Task Tracking Software, Monday.com, Asana or Smartsheets
- Highly organised, motivated, goal and target orientated
- Strong leadership and staff management skills

Sarah and Sebastian are seeking a detailed-oriented Production Assistant with a passion for precision and a love for jewellery to join our expanding local manufacturing studio. You will play a crucial role in bringing our designs to life, ensuring every piece reflects our commitment to excellence.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will manage the workflow, and out put of production jobs through the production department to ensure all relevant KPI’s and deadlines are achieved.
- Assist in the pre-production, production and post production activities to facilitate the timely completion of production jobs.
- Manage day to day work flow of production department
- Ensure processes and procedures are being executed effectively
- Creation and follow through of production jobs
- Tracking production workflow
- Maintain and clean production equipment to ensure it operates smoothly and safely. This might involve simple maintenance tasks or coordinating with contractors for repairs.
- Organize and manage tools, equipment, consumables for jewellery studio
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions
- Execute WHS policy and ensure it is being adhered too.
- Assist to drive and continuously improve attitude to quality of products
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- 5 years in an administration role preferably with in production – ideally jewellery manufacturing
- Advanced skills on Microsoft suite or Google suite
- Preferable skills on ERP, MRP or MES systems such as Cin 7

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced senior jeweller to join our in-house
manufacturing team. We are looking for someone with 10+ years experience in jewellery
manufacturing.

- Understanding of high-volume jewellery manufacturing
- Preferable experience in stone setting
- Capable of managing your own workflow and delivering on expected deadlines.
