SARAH & SEBASTIAN is seeking a commercially minded and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our evolving digital team.

This newly created role is designed to strengthen our performance capability across paid media, CRM automation, SEO, digital analytics, optimisation and technical delivery. As the business continues to scale and premiumise, this role will play a critical part in improving efficiency, return on ad spend and precision across campaign delivery.

Reporting to the GM Digital, you will own the performance layer of our digital engine - partnering closely with eCommerce, Brand, Marketing and CRM/Loyalty teams to translate brand and commercial strategy into high-impact execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Campaign Performance & Media Ownership

  • Own and optimise paid media activity across Meta, Google, Pinterest and emerging platforms
  • Drive performance against ROAS, CAC, conversion and channel efficiency KPIs
  • In collaboration with marketing, recommend digital creative assets, test variations and ensure alignment with commercial goals and brand standards

CRM, Flows & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Build, automate and optimise Klaviyo lifecycle flows
  • Own segmentation, personalisation logic, testing and campaign scheduling
  • Partner with the CRM & Loyalty Manager to refine retention journeys and lift LTV
  • Inherit and uplift CRM/EDM technical delivery from the Marketing Coordinator function

Digital Data & Analytics

  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign, channel and CRM performance
  • Own attribution logic, UTM governance and performance dashboard integrity
  • Leverage tools including Triple Whale, GA4, Klaviyo and attribution platforms to surface insights and optimisation opportunities

SEO & Onsite Acquisition

  • Lead SEO strategy and optimisation in collaboration with eCommerce
  • Support metadata, keyword planning, internal linking and product tagging
  • Ensure onsite acquisition and discovery are optimised for both performance and brand tone

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Digital, Marketing, CRM and eCommerce teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Act as the internal specialist for performance media, analytics and customer journey optimisation
  • Partner with the GM – Digital and Head of Marketing to manage the performance marketing agency.

Innovation & AI Enablement

  • Lead experimentation with AI-enabled marketing tools, for example:Performance Optimiser GPTCampaign Performance Summary GPTPredictive attribution modelsDigital PM Copilot (testing cycles and delivery planning)

  • Helps shape a more elevated, consistent luxury client experience across digital touch points by ensuring performance channels reflect brand, craftsmanship and proposition.

ABOUT YOU

  • 3–5+ years' hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital analytics or ecommerce media
  • Confident working with Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and performance reporting tools (e.g. Triple Whale)
  • Advanced proficiency in Triple Whale is required for comprehensive performance reporting and analytics
  • Proven experience briefing and managing digital creative assets, email templates and landing pages
  • Strong understanding of CRM logic, segmentation and lifecycle journey design
  • Highly analytical, with a test-and-learn mindset and the ability to translate data into action
  • Calm, collaborative and detail-oriented, with high standards of execution
  • Familiar with SEO best practices and their impact on ecommerce performance
  • Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in premium, luxury or design-led retail environments is advantageous

The GM Digital is a senior leadership role that reflects the scale, complexity, and  ambition of SARAH & SEBASTIAN’s digital vision. 
Acting as both commercial architect and 
brand custodian, you will shape the future of luxury digital clienteling and commerce across every digital touchpoint.

Operating at the intersection of brand, 
commerce and technology, this role holds 
strategic andoperational accountability for 
eCommerce, performance marketing, 
customer experience, and the digital systems and AI transformation agenda. You will lead a small, high-performing team across these verticals (currently three direct reports), with a strong expectation of hands-on leadership, prioritisation, and execution.

You will drive the evolution from transactional digital commerce to a more proactive,
relationship-led luxury clienteling experience, improving high net worth customer acquisition and conversion, 
supporting international expansion, and 
delivering a seamless, elevated customer
journey across owned digital channels.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Strategic Leadership & Vision: Own & 
    deliver the multi-market ecommerce & omni channel strategy, translating business objectives into digital trade plans with measurable KPIs.
  • Digital Trade & Revenue Growth: Hold full accountability for the digital P&L, responsible for delivering growth targets 
    across ecommerce & omni channel. Drive
    planning & optimisation of the trading calendar, campaign activations, CRO, &
    customer journey mapping.
  • Performance Marketing & Data Strategy: Direct the performance marketing
    function (paid media, SEM, paid social, 
    EDM), overseeing agency relationships,
    budget allocation, & a robust reporting system to track metrics like ROAS, CPA, &
    MER. Champion data integrity & analytics.
  • International Expansion: Lead the strategic growth of international ecommerce markets through tailored performance marketing, digital campaigns, & regional site optimisation. Define market-entry strategies for new regions.
  • Client Experience Oversight: Oversee the shift of Customer Experience from
    reactive customer service to a high-touch, proactive clienteling function. 
    Elevate service standards and embed 
    digital innovation across automation and omni channel support to improve consistency, efficiency, and experience.
  • Digital Systems Transformation & AI Integration: Oversee the roadmap &
    execution of digital infrastructure upgrades & platform integrations. Identify & implement opportunities for AI to enhance operational efficiency across 
    ecommerce, customer service, & digital marketing, championing an AI-enabled operating model.

ABOUT YOU

Essential:

  • 12+ years in senior digital or ecommerce leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in building & scaling global ecommerce operations.
  • Proven leadership of high-performing multi-disciplinary digital teams of more than 10 staff.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,or a related field.
  • Deep expertise in digital commerce ecosystems including platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus), CDPs, CRMs & analytical tools (e.g. GA4, Looker, Triple Whale).

Sarah & Sebastian are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to take responsibility for the development and evolution of our visual design language across all brand touch points.

Working with our Global Head of Brand, you will help shape how the brand is expressed across campaigns, digital platforms, ecommerce experiences, retail environments, and marketing communications. Balancing strategic leadership with hands-on creative execution, you will set the tone for visual design across the organisation while managing and mentoring our Graphic Designer.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Lead Visual Design: Translate creative direction into clear, scalable visual design systems that elevate the brand and enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop Design Frameworks: Create and maintain templates, toolkits, and guidelines used across digital, ecommerce, marketing, and retail channels to support efficient go-to-market initiatives.
  • Execute Campaigns: Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Global Head of Brand, and Visual Content Specialist to develop and execute compelling brand storytelling across digital, retail, and printed touch points.

  • Digital Expertise: You have strong experience designing for digital environments, including ecommerce, websites (with UX/UI fundamentals), and paid marketing platforms like Meta and Google.
  • Technical Mastery: You have mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite - Motion and video editing capability is essential for this role.
