SKIN II

Anna Pogossova, Sydney based photographer and artist, undertook a creative experiment to challenge the interconnectedness of dual opacities and jelly texture of our SKIN II pieces. The resemblance to sea life is translated through the layering of necklaces, seeking to expose the realities of utilising multidisciplinary materials in the production of this collection.

SKIN is an exploration of the outermost layer’s transformative nature, an intrinsic balance of textures executed by self-manifestation. Inspired by the illuminated properties of sea creatures' skin, each piece within the collection is designed to interact with and augment the body.
