We strive to ensure a closed cycle production so our workshop operates to repair and refurbish all SARAH & SEBASTIAN products purchased directly online or in-store, within or outside of warranty.

The easiest way to lodge your repair or refurbishment is through our online Return and Repair Portal.

We are also pleased to provide assistance with our Return and Repair Portal in-store. To book an in-store Repair Consultation, please select your preferred location, time and date.

If you have lodged your return through our Return and Repair Portal you may drop your piece into one of our stores, no appointment is required.
