Online orders are processed Monday to Friday AEST, excluding public holidays. Production times are specified at time of purchase and starts the first business day after the purchase.

Due to the high value of our pieces, our parcels require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be held at the nearest post office or holding facility to be collected with photo ID.

Elevating the unboxing experience, all online orders are packaged in our timeless white boxes embossed with a subtle shell silhouette. For an added touch of luxury, our engagement rings are encased in a polished cast aluminium shell, designed to be a forever trinket box for your most treasured jewellery pieces or other meaningful mementos.

Our complimentary gift wrap is available with every order, which can be selected at check-out. Gift items are packaged in our classic white boxes and finished with our signature green wrap and a single-loop bow. Our boxes, gift wraps, ribbons, envelopes, cards and in-store carrier bags are fully recyclable and crafted from sustainable FSC-certified (Forest Stewardship Council) paper, sourced from responsibly managed forests.

Some of our pieces are made-to-order and require production in our Sydney Studio. To ensure these pieces arrive in time for Christmas, please refer to the following guidelines. The estimated dispatch dates can also be found on each individual product page.

  • 20 Business Day Production, including Tennis Styles.
    Order by 11:59pm AEDT, 20th November.

  • 15 Business Day Production, including Wedding Bands.
    Order by 11:59pm AEDT, 27th November.

  • 12 Business Day Production, including items requiring bespoke changes and pieces from the ready-to-set diamond vault.
    Order by 11:59pm AEDT, 3rd December.

  • 3 Business Day Production, including personalised Charm Necklaces, Bracelets and Mini Insignia Charm.
    Order by 11:59pm AEDT, 16th December.

  • Ready-to-ship, we keep a number of pieces in stock in our Sydney studio, available for immediate delivery. 
    Order by 10am AEDT, 20th December.

 To make your holiday shopping even easier, we’re extending our return policy. Any purchases made during December will be eligible for return within 30 days. This extension applies to all eligible items, giving you and your loved ones more time to return or exchange gifts, if needed.
