Working with a unique rhombus shape, creative director Sarah Munro crafted the Rhombus Diamond Cartilage Earring in 18-karat gold, with a statement stud encrusted with 4 white meleè diamonds. Inspired by the transparency of monofilament fishing line, this piece can be worn in multiple places along the ear including the daith, conch, helix, and lobe, and works best when stacked with other studs from the Sarah & Sebastian collection.

Our internally threaded earrings feature a thread attached to the front pendant which screws into the hollow end of the backing post. As the threaded closure may loosen due to everyday wear, we recommend occasionally checking your earrings and screw clockwise to tighten. Never press your earring together as the thread can dislodge from its channel and become unsecured.
