Our cartilage earrings are crafted in biocompatible platinum, set with ethically sourced natural diamonds, and finished with our signature flat heart backing for a secure, comfortable fit.
Our internally threaded earrings feature a delicate thread that secures the front pendant into the hollow backing post.
Over time, the closure may loosen, so occasionally check and tighten clockwise. Never press the earring together, as this can dislodge the thread and compromise the fit.
