Every engagement ring begins with a private design consultation, held in store or virtually. Our specialists guide you through natural diamond selection, gemstone sourcing, and alloy finishes. Once your design is finalised, we source your stone and handcraft your engagement ring.

All engagement rings are handcrafted in our Sydney studio. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for our specialists to source your diamond and complete your custom ring.

To guarantee delivery before Christmas 2026, place your order and pay your deposit by Friday 6 November for Australian orders, or Friday 23 October for international delivery.

If you need an expedited engagement ring, our Studio Priority service extends the Christmas order deadline until Wednesday 18 November (Wednesday 4 November for international clients). A priority fee applies, which your specialist will confirm during your consultation.

Because each engagement ring is made to order, a 50% deposit secures your chosen diamond or gemstone and reserves craftsmanship with our master jewellers in our Sydney studio. The remaining balance is due prior to collection or dispatch.

Yes. To ensure your ring sits perfectly, we offer one complimentary resize on all engagement rings within three years of your final payment. We recommend visiting one of our stores for a professional fitting, or consulting our specialist team for guidance on surprise proposals.

We offer a 36-month manufacturing warranty on all engagement rings. This is supported by our care service, which includes professional cleaning and stone setting examinations to maintain the visual integrity of your piece over time.

To preserve the brilliance of your natural diamond, we provide a complimentary ultrasonic cleaner for home use with every engagement ring purchase. We also invite you to visit any of our stores for complimentary professional cleaning as part of our care commitment.
