Blurring the lines between retail space and sculpture, SARAH & SEBASTIAN Chadstone is our first shopping centre destination and our third Melbourne location. A freestanding pavilion located amongst renowned international and Australian luxury designers, it houses a careful edit of our latest collections and core pieces, as well as our first-ever dual SOLDERED Bar. “As we continue to build out our brand presence for SARAH & SEBASTIAN, Chadstone – Australia’s largest shopping centre with a world-class retail offering – felt like a natural next move. We wanted to bring our SOLDERED bracelet experience to a new stage, offering a unique way to interact with clients in a luxury setting,” says SARAH & SEBASTIAN’s CEO Amelia Fincher.

Designed by AKIN Atelier, the concept of the stand-alone kiosk challenges the status quo of its spatial context; a space that appears to disappear. AKIN worked with specialised mirror artists OUTLINES to create a hand-sprayed gradient technique for the structure’s walls. Polished silver emerges from the ground and slowly dissipates into clear glass, creating the illusion that the store, and its contents, are vanishing. Inspired by the social and sentimental experience of our highly coveted SOLDERED service, the luminous design of the space and the curved dual SOLDERED bar invites you to attend appointments with loved ones and friends.

SOLDERED bracelets are custom fitted to the wrist and soldered seamlessly with no clasp. Melbourne-based clients are now able to experience the service at our Chadstone and Armadale locations and recipients are invited to choose from a range of diamond and signature chain styles in 10-karat yellow or white gold and add additional sliders.

Single and dual SOLDERED appointments at Chadstone are available Monday through Sunday, including late-night trade. Book online here.
