HEAD OFFICE
Sarah & Sebastian is seeking a meticulous and proactive Accountant to join our team. You will work alongside our General Manager of Finance to manage our financial records with precision and ensure our financial operations run smoothly.
WHAT YOU WII DO
- Preparation and ownership of the month end process
- Reporting and reconciliation of the P&L, balance sheet and other financial reports
- Assisting in the preparation, communication and tracking of budgets and forecasts
- Communication with key stakeholders to understand key departmental drivers.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of financial position and provide insights
- Contribute to the businesses process and improvements
- Uphold our commitment to accuracy and compliance
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- CA/CPA qualifications preferred or working towards
- 2-3 years of experience working for a retail finance department
- Understanding of retail transaction flows
- Adept at financial modelling, with excellent skills for data analysis and interpretation
- A firm understanding of financial statements including P&L, cash flow and balance sheet
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, navigating stakeholder relationships with ease.

We are looking for a dynamic Client Care Manager to lead our Customer Care team. In this position you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients luxury shopping experience online.
The primary focus of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service, implement personalised clienteling techniques, facilitate bespoke virtual appointments and lead our Online Customer Care Advisors to deliver outstanding customer experiences at every contact point.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Oversee the management of inbound and outbound client communication through various channels including email, phone, live chat, social media and store comms.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online customer journey, focusing on delivering exceptional and personalised service.
- Conduct virtual appointments to showcase exclusive collections, provide product insights and guide clients through the purchasing journey of our bespoke and engagement/wedding collections.
- Monitor customer interactions across all communication channels and identify areas of opportunity and improvement.
- Handle customer escalation issues promptly and effectively ensuring resolutions that align with company policies our values and customer satisfaction goals.
- Initiate clienteling tools to drive sales through proactive outreach, follow up on leads, and personalised recommendations based on client preferences and purchase history.
- Collaborate closely with Ecommerce, Retail and Marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns, measure sales performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling.
- Train Client Care Advisors on sales techniques and product knowledge to increase conversion rates and average order value.
- Lead and motivate a team of Client Care Advisors, fostering a positive, cohesive and supportive work environment.
- Streamline processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and improve the overall customer experience.
- Implement best practice for handling enquires, order management, returns/exchanges and repairs.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and adhoc reports for management and wider team.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- 5+ years’ experience in client care management within luxury retail sector, ideally fine jewellery
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field
- Ability to inspire, train and motivate their team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail.
- Exceptional clienteling skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationship with high-net-worth individuals
- Experience using Zendesk, CIN7, Shopify Plus, Return Logic and Excel preferred

SARAH & SEBASTIAN are in search to find a creative, innovative, and strategic Social Media Lead. Based at our Alexandria Head office, home to our designers and artisans, you will be at the heart of our storytelling globally.
Responsible for the creation of enchanting digital content and experiences that resonate with our brand ethos and clientele. From conceptualising creative content to strategising for increased client engagement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brands narrative across various platforms.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Conceptualise and manage the execution of social media across all touchpoints and platforms, including but not limited to; Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn.
- Develop the social media calendar across all platforms to support marketing communications.
- Adapt weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans according to commercial decisions and business objectives.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and best practice to ensure maximum reach and engagement and suggest content formats and processes to evolve each channel.
- Be responsible for translating the brand for our social audience by writing strong and eloquent captions.
- Support content creation as needed and work with the Visual Content Specialist to manage the flow of content creation to ensure content is developed in a timely manner, proactively finding process efficiencies.
- You will work across functions and directly with marketing, brand, press, retail, and recruitment teams, ensuring their respective demands are met.
- Work closely with the Ecommerce Team and digital agency partners to support paid social performance balancing organic and paid strategies.
- Collaborating with PR to develop an influencer and creator marketing plan to build brand awareness and support user generated content.
- Create localised social strategies for international markets with a particular focus on Little Red Book and WeChat. Partnering with external agencies where relevant.
- Support with community management by monitoring comments and private messages, working closely with the customer care team.
- Develop social community reports; identifying issues, patterns and trends in consumer comments and summarise key themes monthly.
- Monitor performance data, compiling regular reports to feedback and encourage teams to make better informed decisions on what does and doesn’t work on social.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- Minimum 5+ years in a similar role within fashion, luxury, or jewellery.
- Experience creating and sourcing social content across multiple platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail that allows you to write with a consistent brand tone of voice.
- An analytical thinker with experience using social media to drive engagement and follower growth.
- Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest’s newest features, as well as formats popular on the platforms.
- Experience working with social media scheduling and planning tools.
- Proficiency in graphics and other social assets using Canva and/or Adobe.
- Great organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
