Yes, all SOLDERED appointments must be pre-booked online. SOLDERED appointments often book out for months at a time; for this reason, we recommend booking in advance to secure your appointment.

SOLDERED appointments can be booked up to three months in advance. Please check available dates on our website and keep checking in case any cancellations or rescheduled appointments become available.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for your appointment to complete our safety waiver. We allow 15 minutes for each SOLDERED appointment to review the safety requirements, select the available styles and complete this service safely and securely.

We can solder one bracelet per appointment. If you would like to add a second bracelet we recommend booking a second appointment. 

We can safely solder one bracelet for one person per appointment. If you would like to share this experience with a loved one or friend, we recommend booking consecutive appointments. 

Due to the nature of growing wrists, the minimum age requirement for our SOLDERED service is 13 years old. Persons aged 13-16 are required to be accompanied by a guardian to receive this service.

We require a credit card to secure your appointment. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours, late attendance or no-show we will charge a $50 cancellation fee to the stored credit card.

As a made-to-order business, our jewellery is often produced in limited edition collections. Our team of expert solderes will work closely with you to make sure you find a piece you love. 

We do not reserve chains and SLIDERS™ in advance. We recommend looking at the range of options available here.

Yes, a valid credit card is required to secure your appointment, however, you will only be charged in the event of late attendance, no-show or cancellation within 24 hours prior to your appointment time. SARAH & SEBASTIAN gift cards can be used at the appointment to pay for the full service. 

You can choose between 10-karat or 18-karat solid yellow or white gold for your SOLDERED chain.

Currently, we do not offer rose gold. As an alternative, customers can select yellow gold which has a similar shade.

Our range of SLIDERS™ are only designed to sit with our signature plain chain. Birthstone SLIDERS™ can be attached to all chains.

Yes it is possible. Depending on your lifestyle and the amount of care taken when wearing your Soldered piece, breakage or stretching may occur.

If you think your Soldered chain has stretched, and it is within our 24 month warranty period, please book an Aftercare appointment to get it tightened. In the case of breakage within our 6-month warranty period, and you still have your chain, please reach out to our customer care team at info@sarahandsebastian.com or book an Aftercare appointment and our team can assess whether or not your piece can be re-soldered.

For 10-karat gold chains, avoid contact with Chlorine chemicals which can be found in swimming pools, hot tubs and household cleaning supplies, as exposure can cause the jewellery to become brittle and prone to breakage. If exposure occurs, rinse the chain thoroughly with fresh water and pat dry to avoid any damage.

SOLDERED Aftercare appointments are available for your chain to be tightened, re-soldered onto the wrist, or in case you would like to add any additional SLIDERS™.

Due to the natural properties of gold, it is possible for your SOLDERED chain to stretch between 3 and 12 months after your appointment. If you find your chain has stretched too much, please book an Aftercare appointment to have it tightened.

SOLDERED Bracelets can be removed by cutting the small jump ring* where the chain was originally SOLDERED. If your chain has fallen off your wrist and you would like to have your bracelet re-soldered, we suggest booking an Aftercare appointment and bringing your chain with you on the day.

*Note: this excludes the Staple Chain which can be cut on any link.

If your SOLDERED Bracelet has stretched, we recommend booking an Aftercare appointment to have it tightened so you can avoid your piece getting caught on items and stretching further.

To clean your SOLDERED Bracelet, we suggest gently rinsing it with warm soapy water and a soft cloth and patting it dry.

If your SOLDERED bracelet has gone missing within the first month of getting it soldered, please email us at info@sarahandsebastian.com. Please include your full name, contact number, and location where you got your Soldered item.

If your SOLDERED Bracelet has fallen off and you still have it, please book an Aftercare appointment so that our expert solderer can assess whether it can be fixed and re-soldered.

Please refer to your SOLDERED confirmation email, which includes the option to 'Reschedule your Appointment'. Changes can be made up to 24 hours before your appointment.

SOLDERED appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your appointment time by contacting Customer Care. In the event of cancellation after this time, or late attendance or no-show, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card on file.
