A sleek iteration of our Double Ouroboros Hoop, the Double Tube Hoop features a unique titled design that follows the contours of the ear. The first hoop in this duo hooks into a single piercing, whilst the second hoop sits as a cuff, creating the illusion of a double hoop. Refined in polished 18-karat yellow gold, this piece is designed to build a maximalist Ear Alchemy™, layered with other hoops, studs and cartilage earrings from the SARAH & SEBASTIAN collection.
This piece is suitable for healed piercings only and cannot be used for initial piercings. It can, however, be professionally installed at one of our Piercing Labs during an Aftercare appointment.

To ensure longevity, handle your hoops carefully. To open your hoops, gently pull each side slightly apart. Once you’ve put your earring in, click the two ends back into place. Use a mirror or have someone help to make this process easier.
Do not open the sides of the hoop inwards past the closure. Only open your hoops as far as you need to and do not twist them sideways. By opening the hoops too wide you can loosen the hinge or cause it to break.
