The Duet Cartilage Earring is a simple and classic stud featuring a poetic duo of petite round diamonds, with one slightly larger than the other to create a gradient effect. Inspired by our Ouroboros Daith Hoop, this piece completes the suite including the Quartet Earring and Double Ouroboros Hoop. Crafted in 18-karat solid gold, this style is only available to purchase as a single piece and is suitable for initial piercings.

Our internally threaded earrings feature a delicate thread that secures the front pendant into the hollow backing post.
