Designed in our Sydney studio and hand-crafted in solid 18 karat yellow gold, it is subtle yet striking and makes a refined statement when styled with other studs and hoops from the SARAH & SEBASTIAN collection.

Our cartilage earrings are crafted in biocompatible 18 karat solid gold, set with ethically sourced natural diamonds, and finished with our signature flat heart backing for a secure, comfortable fit.
Our internally threaded earrings feature a delicate thread that secures the front pendant into the hollow backing post.
Over time, the closure may loosen, so occasionally check and tighten clockwise. Never press the earring together, as this can dislodge the thread and compromise the fit.
To maintain brilliance, gently clean with warm water and a soft cloth, or visit us for a complimentary Ear Spa.
