Returns & Repairs


At SARAH & SEBASTIAN, we pride ourselves on delivering beautiful, quality, handcrafted jewellery, though if the piece isn't quite right for you we are happy to help.

We will gladly offer a credit note to the value of the piece(s) within 14 days of dispatch date.

Each SARAH & SEBASTIAN piece comes with a 6-month warranty, which covers damage caused by manufacturing faults only.

If the instance of a break caused by wear and tear, a repair fee is incurred. The cost of the repair is dependent on an assessment.

If you have purchased your item at any of our stores, you will have to contact our customer care as you cannot lodge through our online return portal. 

If you have purchased our product from one of our stockists please contact them directly for all enquiries. Unfortunately we are unable to assist with any return or repair enquiries for product purchased from external stockists.

1. Lodge your Return or Repair with your email and order number via our Returns Portal.

2. Please fill out the Returns Form which will be sent to you once your Return or Repair has been approved.

3. Once your form if filled out, place your item back in it's original packaging to send back. COVID-19 UPDATE | Due to in-store limitations online exchanges & repairs can only be returned to our Online Studio and unfortunately not to our stores.

4. Once your return reaches our studio, please allow 1-2 business days for us to confirm the next steps.
