SARAH & SEBASTIAN is looking for Assistant Managers to join our growing retail team in Sydney. The successful candidates will work with the Store Managers to drive retail trade, build long lasting client relationships with our clients and grow our retail & service business to further success. 


  • Support the Store Manager with effectively leading the Store & its team to financial & service success
  • Drive and maximise sales performances in store 
  • Strong presence on the floor, ensuring unparalleled service to our existing & new clients
  • Drive conversion in our engagement suite through effective clienteling
  • Motivate the store team to meet targets and achieve their KPIs
  • Lead store operations to an excellent standard
  • Responsible for the supporting the Store Managers with actioning and the enforcement of company procedures on cash activity, WHS, security, inventory, logistics and trade reporting
  • Have the ability to work autonomously and make decisions based on business needs
  • Be a constant ambassador for our brand and ensuring your team are too

  • Ensure that the Sarah & Sebastian visual displays and team behaviour is in accordance with Company guidelines and brand ethos

NB: This role is ideal for Client Advisors & Supervisors looking for their next career step in leadership. We are currently recruiting for both Mosman and Paddington Stores.

Experience in luxury jewellery and knowledge of diamonds is advantageous for this role but not a prerequisite.

SARAH & SEBASTIAN is looking to hire a Client Consultant/Key holder for both our Mosman and Paddington Stores. The two successful candidates will work closely with the Flagship Store Managers to drive sales, build client relationships and be a part of our exciting Engagement, Piercing & Soldered business.


  • Drive and maximise sales performance in store
  • Strive for excellence to achieve set KPIs, such as Sales, UPT, ATV & Service excellence
  • Ensure store operations & store standards are constantly kept at a high standard
  • Act as an ambassador for our brand, building a client base through successful clienteling & great product knowledge
  • Presence & Energy on the sales floor, ensuring unparalleled service to our existing & new clients
  • Responsible for the actioning company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics and trade reporting
  • Host Bridal appointments in our engagement suite, whilst effectively owning the entire sales ceremony and communications from first appointment, to follow-up
  • Ensure unparalleled client facing sales service to all clients, along with an acute focus on after sales services
  • Be a part of creating a strong private appointment culture & appointment business through effective clienteling & relationship building
  • Ensure that the Sarah & Sebastian visual displays and personal behaviour is accordance with Company guidelines & values
  • Assist the Flagship Store Manager with tracking client feedback in order to improve our offering and drive return trade

SARAH & SEBASTIAN are currently seeking a driven and skilled senior jeweller to join our in-house manufacturing team.


  • 3 years jewellery manufacture experience
  • Understanding of high-volume jewellery manufacturing
  • Preferable 2 years’ experience in stone setting
  • Capable of managing your own workflow and deliver on expected deadlines.
  • Willingness to share new jewellery manufacturing skills
  • Work well in a fast-paced high-volume environment
  • Attention to detail and the drive to manufacture high quality jewellery
  • Must be motivated and punctual
  • An understanding of SARAH & SEBASTIAN product and brand

    This is a full time Jewellery Manufacturing position in our design studio and workshop in Alexandria, Sydney.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

      Work Eligibility: The candidate can work permanently in Australia with no restriction on hours (Required)
