The Aurelia Earrings spotlight the chromatic, otherworldly nature of Australian opals. Designed in our Sydney studio, a singular opal set in 18 karat solid white gold completes this pair's stud design. The colours of the stones mirror the subtle shifts of light that play across a sea jelly's body underwater.

Very fine metal prongs that hold gemstones are not invulnerable to damage through everyday wear. Knocking against hard surfaces such as the steel in door handles often goes unnoticed, but can cause these small prongs to move and gemstone loss can occur.
