Reminiscent of the punk and grunge movements of the ‘90s, the Diamond Spike Cartilage Earring is brought to the now in highly polished 18-karat yellow gold and encrusted with diamond collars. Featuring a larger back spike and a smaller front spike to create depth, this statement piece is designed to embellish the helix to showcase both front and back pieces; an edgy addition to a distinctive Ear Alchemy™.
This piece is suitable for healed piercings only and cannot be used for initial piercings. It can, however, be professionally installed at one of our Piercing Labs during an Aftercare appointment.

Our internally threaded earrings feature a delicate thread that secures the front pendant into the hollow backing post.
Over time, the closure may loosen, so occasionally check and tighten clockwise. Never press the earring together, as this can dislodge the thread and compromise the fit.
