SARAH & SEBASTIAN is pleased to offer Soldered Bracelet, Piercing, Repair, Clean and Engagement Consultation services (‘Services’) at SARAH & SEBASTIAN retail stores and pop up events. These terms and conditions govern your booking and use of such services.

BOOKING 

Bookings for SARAH & SEBASTIAN Services can be made online following the steps below, in-store or by contacting our customer service team at https://www.sarahandsebastian.com/pages/contact

  1. a)     Visit https://www.sarahandsebastian.com/pages/services
  2. b)     Select your service, location and preferred time and date
  3. c)     Pay your booking deposit

You will receive a booking confirmation email at the time of booking and reminder email on the day of your appointment. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details at the time of booking. 

  

PAYMENT

For some Services, a booking deposit is payable at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment. The remaining payment will be processed on the day of appointment at your selected store. You are unable to use Afterpay or SARAH & SEBASTIAN credits or gift cards to pay the booking deposit.  

 

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

The booking deposit is non-refundable in case of change of mind cancellations, no shows and in late arrivals over 15 minutes. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the booked appointment, however are subject to availability.

During a piercing consultation, our piercer may deem that you are not suitable to undergo the service due to but not limited to one of the below reasons or questions listed in our release form. 

  •  The minimum age requirement for a lobe piercing service is 16 unless accompanied by a parent/guardian who must provide proof in the form of a Medicare card. The minimum age is 6 with a parent/guardian present.
  • Persons under 16 with or without parent or legal guardian will not undergo any cartilage piercings.
  • Our piercing service is not suitable for pregnant or less than six-month postpartum customers, those with a blood borne disease or who have recently undergone surgery.

If it is decided not to proceed with the piercing service, we will provide a full refund of the booking deposit to your original payment method.

If you are unwell or showing symptoms of COVID-19, please do not attend your appointment and contact us as soon as possible.   

In the case of an engagement or repair appointment, if you are not able to attend, please provide 24 hours’ notice so we may release or reschedule the appointment time. 

We reserve the right to cancel your appointment for any reason and at any time, without notice to you. If we do so, we will provide you with a refund of the booking deposit to your original payment method. 

 

LATE ARRIVALS OR NO SHOWS 

You should arrive at least 5 minutes prior to a Soldered bracelet appointment or 10 minutes prior to a piercing service appointment, in order to complete a release form.

If you are more than 5 minutes late to your Soldered appointment or 10 minutes late to your Piercing appointment, your appointment length will be shortened to ensure there is no disruption to the subsequent schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to rescheduled and we may retain the booking fee (by way of liquidated damages).

If you do not show up to your booked appointment, we will cancel the appointment and retain the booking fee (by way of liquidated damages). 


WARRANTY

If your bracelet breaks within 14 days of being soldered, please contact our customer service team at info@sarahandsebastian.com to arrange a re-soldering appointment. Make sure you keep your chain safe in the meantime! If your chain breaks after 14 days, it will be due to natural wear and tear and we will be unable to offer a store credit or refund. You may however book a Soldered Aftercare appointment to have your bracelet resoldered at the cost of $30. 


All SARAH & SEBASTIAN products come with a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty. In addition to this, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  Please find the terms of SARAH & SEBASTIAN’s current voluntary warranty against defects and warranty period below as well as your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. COVID 19 

In line with government guidelines around COVID-19, we are practising social distancing at our stores and have implemented precautions around our services. 

For all Services you will be expected to wear a facemask, provided by our team.
