HEAD OFFICE
Sarah & Sebastian are in search of a organised Assistant Production Manager to lead the work flow through our studio, delegate work to jewellers and ensure deadlines are met for customer orders, bulk production and new collections.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Managing day-to-day workflow of the production department including production job creation, allocation and appropriate delegation of production jobs to achieve all relevant KPIs
- ensuring accurate tracking of production jobs throughout the production department
- Ensuring daily deadlines and targets are met to achieve zero late orders
- Assist in administrative tasks allocated by the production manager
- Production Labour minute capacities communication and tracking
- Ensuring processes and procedures are being executed effectively
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- Ability to work efficiently and strong attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role within jewellery would be preferred

SARAH & SEBASTIAN are in search to find a creative, innovative & strategic Social Media Specialist. Based at our Alexandria Head office, home to our designers and artisans, you will be at the heart of our storytelling globally. Responsible for the creation of enchanting digital content and experiences that resonate with our brand ethos and clientele. From conceptualising creative content to strategising for increased client engagement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brands narrative across various platforms.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assist in the creation of the weekly social media plans and day-to-day platform management across all platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest and LinkedIn)
- Assist in the development of a paid and organic social strategy with associated KPIs across traffic, engagement, follower growth, brand awareness and revenue aligning with short-term and long-term business goals
- Present weekly reports on content metrics and providing insights to drive engagement, using data analysis to inform the future strategy
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure maximum reach and engagement. Pivoting plans in line with changes and trends in the space
- Work collaboratively with the Visual Content Manager to post high-quality best-in-class content that is tailored for each social channel
- Pitch new content formats and styles in order to continually evolve the Sarah & Sebastian brand visually
- Oversee paid social performance across Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, Facebook and Pinterest balancing organic and paid strategies
- Work closely with the digital agency partners - creating briefs, regularly analysing performance and optimisations, ensuring efficient and effective spending and identifying opportunities to further enhance performance
- Build an engaged community on the SARAH & SEBASTIAN TikTok by creating new relationships and engaging with creators in our space and developing an on-brand approach tailored to the channel.
- Creating localised social strategies for international markets with a particular focus on Little Red Book and WeChat. Partnering with external agencies where relevant
- Collaborating with the Brand & PR team to develop a global influencer and creator marketing plan to build brand awareness
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- Minimum 3+ years in a similar role with in fashion, luxury or jewellery.
- Creativity, innovation and collaboration with an exceptional eye for engaging imagery, video and copy
- Experience managing social platforms to drive strategy, growth of channels and engagement of followers as well as knowledge of trends and innovations in the space
- Proficiency and fluency in Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest’s newest features, as well as formats popular on the platforms
- Understanding of all social media ad formats with a deep understanding of what engaging content looks like for different platforms
- Experience working with social media planning tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and asset production including short videos, graphics and other social assets using Canva and/or Adobe
- Excellent creative writing skills and attention to detail
- Great organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Experience in fashion or a premium brand with an appreciation for luxury branding principles
- Proficiency and fluency in TikTok's newest features, as well as formats popular on the platform
- Knowledge of online marketing channels and an understanding of their interplay

REQUIREMENTS
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced senior jeweller to join our in-house
manufacturing team. We are looking for someone with 10+ years experience in jewellery
manufacturing.

- Understanding of high-volume jewellery manufacturing
