SARAH & SEBASTIAN is seeking a commercially minded and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our evolving digital team.
This newly created role is designed to strengthen our performance capability across paid media, CRM automation, SEO, digital analytics, optimisation and technical delivery. As the business continues to scale and premiumise, this role will play a critical part in improving efficiency, return on ad spend and precision across campaign delivery.
Reporting to the GM Digital, you will own the performance layer of our digital engine - partnering closely with eCommerce, Brand, Marketing and CRM/Loyalty teams to translate brand and commercial strategy into high-impact execution.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Campaign Performance & Media Ownership
- Own and optimise paid media activity across Meta, Google, Pinterest and emerging platforms
- Drive performance against ROAS, CAC, conversion and channel efficiency KPIs
- In collaboration with marketing, recommend digital creative assets, test variations and ensure alignment with commercial goals and brand standards
CRM, Flows & Lifecycle Marketing
- Build, automate and optimise Klaviyo lifecycle flows
- Own segmentation, personalisation logic, testing and campaign scheduling
- Partner with the CRM & Loyalty Manager to refine retention journeys and lift LTV
- Inherit and uplift CRM/EDM technical delivery from the Marketing Coordinator function
Digital Data & Analytics
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign, channel and CRM performance
- Own attribution logic, UTM governance and performance dashboard integrity
- Leverage tools including Triple Whale, GA4, Klaviyo and attribution platforms to surface insights and optimisation opportunities
SEO & Onsite Acquisition
- Lead SEO strategy and optimisation in collaboration with eCommerce
- Support metadata, keyword planning, internal linking and product tagging
- Ensure onsite acquisition and discovery are optimised for both performance and brand tone
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Digital, Marketing, CRM and eCommerce teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Act as the internal specialist for performance media, analytics and customer journey optimisation
- Partner with the GM – Digital and Head of Marketing to manage the performance marketing agency.
Innovation & AI Enablement
- Lead experimentation with AI-enabled marketing tools, for example:Performance Optimiser GPTCampaign Performance Summary GPTPredictive attribution modelsDigital PM Copilot (testing cycles and delivery planning)
Role Impact
- Helps shape a more elevated, consistent luxury client experience across digital touch points by ensuring performance channels reflect brand, craftsmanship and proposition.
- Lifts campaign performance and reduces inefficiencies
- Improves CRM and EDM execution through automation and data-led optimisation
- Raises digital maturity and analytics capability across the marketing team
- Unlocks scalable growth in performance media without overloading brand or eCommerce leads
ABOUT YOU
- 3–5+ years' hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital analytics or ecommerce media
- Confident working with Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and performance reporting tools (e.g. Triple Whale)
- Advanced proficiency in Triple Whale is required for comprehensive performance reporting and analytics
- Proven experience briefing and managing digital creative assets, email templates and landing pages
- Strong understanding of CRM logic, segmentation and lifecycle journey design
- Highly analytical, with a test-and-learn mindset and the ability to translate data into action
- Calm, collaborative and detail-oriented, with high standards of execution
- Familiar with SEO best practices and their impact on ecommerce performance
- Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in premium, luxury or design-led retail environments is advantageous

- Thorough understanding of piercing types & piercing jewellery
