Guided by expert stylists and piercers, each appointment combines anatomy-specific placement with personalised styling. Piercings are performed in our state-of-the-art Piercing Labs using biocompatible 18 karat solid gold and platinum.
Our signature Ear Spa offers ultrasonic cleaning and earring care to maintain and elevate your ear styling.
Every Ear Alchemy appointment is tailored to you. Our team delivers fine piercing with precision and care, considering the natural architecture of your ear and the overall balance of your styling.
Performed in our design-led Piercing Labs, each piercing uses a single-use needle and our signature 18 karat gold and platinum jewellery, biocompatible and designed for initial wear. You’ll also receive personalised aftercare guidance, along with a complimentary sterile mist for use at home.
Piercing service fees range from $45–90 per placement, with earrings starting at $220. Up to three piercings may be performed in a single session.

Our fine piercing experience is available for clients aged five and up, with appointments tailored to make younger clients feel safe, celebrated, and empowered. Whether it’s a first lobe piercing or a style update for teens, our expert piercers are experienced in working with children and approach each appointment with warmth, precision, and professionalism.
To mark the moment, young clients will receive a Certificate of Achievement, a keepsake to celebrate their first step into the world of fine jewellery.

Our comprehensive approach combines clinical best practice with whole-body wellness — including personalised advice and a nutrition and lifestyle guide, developed by a qualified naturopath to enhance recovery and reduce irritation.
We invite you to book a complimentary Aftercare appointment within 4–8 weeks to monitor healing and downsize your earring post for a more secure, comfortable fit.

Our Ear Spa service includes ultrasonic cleaning, a gentle polish and ear rejuvenation — a precise cleanse that removes buildup while restoring brilliance and refining your overall styling.

The jewellery includes a hollow post that goes through the ear and has a fixed flat heart disc. We refer to this as a threaded backing. The decorative front of the jewellery has a small screw that is fastened into the threaded backing.
Our service fees are $45, $70 or $90 per piercing, depending on placement. As anatomy varies, some placements- such as thirds - may be classified as either lobe or cartilage. The fee includes the expertise of our piercers, strict sterilisation, an aftercare mist to support healing, complimentary aftercare appointments for ongoing advice, and your first downsize. Downsizing involves replacing the backing with a shorter post once initial swelling subsides, usually 6 - 12 weeks after the piercing. In some cases, an additional downsize may be required at a small cost.
Adhering to a strict process to ensure safety and sterility, we only pierce with jewellery purchased within the Piercing Lab, on the day of your appointment. Pre-purchased jewellery is suitable to be worn in a healed piercing. Piercing jewellery is subject to availability at the time of your appointment. For persons 5 to 14 years old, only ear lobe piercings are available. Clients 14 years and older can get ear lobe, cartilage and nose piercings.
Clients under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian; both client and guardian will need proof of identity and age and relationship through the form of a Medicare card
