Due to the time and care that goes into the pearl selection process, we are unable to amend or exchange individual pearls. Their organic form is what makes them unique and our jewellers take a thoughtful approach to crafting pairs or groups.

Pearls are organic and soft. They require care to keep them looking their best.
Avoid contact with any liquids, including water and chemicals. If pearls become wet, gently wipe away moisture with a soft, dry cloth as soon as possible.
Store pearls away from other jewellery and rough surfaces to avoid scratches and marks, and keep out of direct sunlight.
